About Dave Holt
Dave Holt creates symbolic art on ancient petrified wood and stone, bringing contemporary human marks into direct contact with materials shaped across immense geological time. His evolving symbolic language has developed through years of experimentation, disruption, rebuilding, and sustained studio practice. Each object brings together geological history, human mark, pressure, and time.
